San Bao service:
Jinjieyou products shall be replaced within 15 days after they are sold, and the whole machine shall be guaranteed for one year.
Maintenance service: all products of the company can enjoy free maintenance service during the warranty period (except for problems such as factory adjustment of processing technology, use of fabrics or stitches beyond the normal use range of the machine, and production of processes beyond the sewing performance of the product)
During the product warranty period, no unit or individual shall charge the user for service and maintenance in any form (the cost of replacing accessories shall be calculated separately).
Replacement service: during the warranty period, if the casing is found to have defects or oil leakage caused by the casing, it can be directly applied to the product supplier for replacement after being verified by the company's personnel.
No return or replacement is allowed under the following circumstances
For over insured goods (goods beyond the warranty period of Three Guarantees);
Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid injection, accident, modification, incorrect installation, or tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks;
The outer packaging, accessories, gifts and instructions of the goods are incomplete, and the invoices are missing or altered;
Damage caused by force majeure;

24-hour after-sales response:
After receiving the quality problems, information and technical service requirements from users, respond within 24 hours and complete the handling
within 10 working days.
After sales training:
According to the needs of users, free training shall be provided. The training contents include infrared principle, instrument working principle and maintenance, etc. the training place shall be determined by the buyer. If the user's operators change in the future, the new technicians can also be trained free of charge.
